At Aqua Mart, we curate our library of botanical infusions and still waters with uncompromising standards. Due to the consumable nature of our curated collections, our return protocols are tailored to ensure absolute safety and quality assurance for all our clientele.
1. Return Eligibility
Given the rigorous safety standards governing consumable goods, we can only accept returns under the following specific conditions within 14 days of delivery:
- The sealed glass bottle or original packaging was compromised or damaged during transit.
- You received a vintage, varietal, or infusion different from your confirmed selection.
- Non-consumable accessories (e.g., crystal glassware, presentation boxes) may be returned if unused, unwashed, and in original pristine packaging.
Uncompromised consumable items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, regardless of seal integrity.
2. Non-Returnable Curations
- Limited Edition, Archival, or Reserve collection releases.
- Opened or tampered bottles.
- Products damaged by improper storage (e.g., extreme temperatures or direct sunlight) post-delivery.
3. Initiating a Concierge Request
- Contact our concierge via sabirhussainshah@buyverastore.com or utilize our Direct Inquiry portal.
- Provide your transaction designation (Order #), item specifics, and a clear photograph illustrating the transit damage or discrepancy.
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours to arrange an expedited replacement or secure remittance.
Please do not return any glass items without prior authorization, as unauthorized shipments will be refused for safety reasons.
4. Remittance & Refunds
Upon authorization and subsequent verification:
- Approved remittances are credited to your original secure payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original logistics charges are non-refundable unless the necessity for a refund was explicitly due to a transit failure or dispatch error on our part.
5. Compromised Delivery
If your curated selection arrives compromised, please retain all original packaging and glass fragments safely. Contact the concierge within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift insurance claim with our logistics partners and an immediate dispatch of a replacement curation.
