You may browse and acquire curated products for personal or business use in strict compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape proprietary content at scale, or interfere with the immaculate operation of the site.

2. Curation Information

We strive to present accurate tasting notes, origin details, imagery, and pricing. Minor variations in glass finish, vintage labels, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal nature of our collections. If an error affects your selection, our concierge will personally contact you to correct the discrepancy or arrange a full remittance.

3. Acquisitions & Value

• Submitting a selection constitutes an offer to acquire; acceptance occurs only when we confirm dispatch or send an official digital confirmation.
• Values are presented in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and logistics fees are displayed at checkout prior to final authorization.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of rare vintages, refuse acquisitions, or cancel selections affected by pricing or archival errors.

4. Payment Processing

Settlement is required at checkout. By submitting your secure payment credentials, you authorize Aqua Mart to capture the total value presented, inclusive of tax and shipping. Irregular or potentially fraudulent transactions will result in immediate cancellation to protect our clientele.

5. Signature Logistics

Transit times are estimated based on courier performance, not guaranteed unless specified for expedited services. Logistics costs are transparently displayed at checkout. Please consult our Shipping Protocol for precise rates and timeframes.

6. Returns & Remittance

Due to the consumable nature of our curated beverages, returns are strictly governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Quality concerns regarding the integrity of the seal or glass will be handled directly by our concierge.

Our total liability for any claim related to an acquisition is strictly limited to the value rendered for that specific order.
